Job summary

8 LIMBS Gym in Bondi Junction is seeking an experienced Front of House Receptionist to join our superstar team. The role runs front desk duties, greets members, and supports day-to-day operations in a premium boutique gym offering Muay Thai and Boxing.

Key tasks include class bookings, member tours, responding to emails, payments, till balancing, and general admin. 18 hours per week with the potential to increase; immediate start; Australian work rights required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in basic admin skills
• At least 6 months of reception or customer service experience
• Experience using Mindbody Online software is a huge bonus

8 LIMBS is a premium, boutique class based gym that offer 2 disciplines: Muay Thai and Boxing

Located in the heart of Bondi Junction our gym attracts highly passionate and motivated members and staff looking to get results and train hard in a state of the art facility

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team and run the front desk

Reception Hours:

• Mon to Friday 6-11am + 3:30-8:30pm
• Saturday: 7am-12 midday

Approx 18 hours available per week with possibility to increase

*Immediate start

Australian work rights are required for this position.

The role includes:
