Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a energetic Sales Consultant (Member Support Consultant) in Australia to drive new memberships. You will greet members, present club offerings, and guide prospects toward a healthier lifestyle through engaging interactions.

This role emphasizes high-energy engagement, lead generation, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes while contributing to a vibrant, member-focused club culture.

Formación

• First Aid & CPR certificates are required.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life.
• Problem-solving ability and perseverance.
• Outstanding communication, listening, empathy and influencing skills.
• Strong drive to achieve individual and team targets.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to exceptional outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referral campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required lead contacts via phone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions.
• Address enquiries to drive successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Participate in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Make regular service calls to members to promote club products and boost results.
