Job summary

National Australia Bank (NAB) is seeking a Guest Service Advisor to join the Enterprise Property team in Sydney. You will deliver exceptional front-of-house service for colleagues, customers and visitors, greet arrivals, manage access, and coordinate mail, courier deliveries and meeting spaces.

You’ll support events, room setup, inspections and workplace amenities, building strong relationships with stakeholders while representing NAB as a front-of-house ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front-of-house customer service for colleagues, customers and visitors.
• Greet and assist visitors, manage access and issue passes as needed.
• Coordinate mail, courier deliveries and general office services.
• Assist with meeting, event and function bookings, including room setup.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and report maintenance/safety issues.
• Manage workplace amenities and services, including locker access and temporary parking.
• Build relationships with colleagues, customers, visitors and service providers.
• Support concierge, hospitality and operations activities to boost workplace experience.
