Job summary

National Australia Bank (NAB) is seeking a Guest Services Advisor to deliver exceptional front-of-house service for colleagues, customers and visitors in our Perth-based commercial buildings. The role focuses on creating a welcoming, professional experience and supporting day-to-day operations.

You will greet visitors, manage access, coordinate mail and office services, assist with meeting and event space bookings, conduct safety checks, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Availability Monday to Friday 7.30am–12.50pm.
• Exceptional customer service with a passion for creating positive experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Professional, polished and approachable front‑of‑house ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front-of-house customer service, creating a welcoming and professional experience for colleagues, customers and visitors.
• Greet and assist visitors, manage access requirements and issue visitor passes as needed.
• Support workplace operations through coordination of mail, courier deliveries and general office services.
• Assist with meeting, event and function space bookings, including room set-up and preparation.
• Conduct regular workplace and floor inspections, identifying and reporting maintenance and safety issues.
• Manage workplace amenities and services, including locker access and temporary parking allocations.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, visitors and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to a high-performing workplace experience team by supporting concierge, hospitality and operational activities.
