Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front-of-house customer service for colleagues, customers and visitors.
• Greet and assist visitors, manage access and issue passes.
• Coordinate mail, couriers and general office services.
• Assist with meeting, event and function space bookings, including setup.
• Conduct workplace inspections and report safety issues.
• Manage amenities, locker access and temporary parking allocations.
• Build relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support concierge, hospitality and operational activities.
