Job summary

Reflections Holiday Parks is seeking a hands-on team member to assist with park maintenance, guest services and general trades across NSW locations. The role requires a valid Australian work rights, reliable transport, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

You will maintain lawns and gardens, clean guest facilities, assist visitors, and support safe operations during weekends and peak holiday periods.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian work rights required.
• Flexibility to work weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to work productively and independently.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service mindset.
• Duties include maintenance, cleaning, and guest assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining lawns, gardens/trees
• Cleaning and upkeep of guest facilities and amenities blocks
• General handyperson duties
• Performing daily checks of Water Treatment Plant
• Assisting and directing visitors within the park
• Providing excellent, high-level customer service
• Following work health and safety procedures

• The physicalability to do manual work in all conditions.
• Flexibleavailability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons & publicholiday work.
• Previousexperience in any hospitality role is highly regarded, but not required.
• Valid Australianwork rights.

The Duties will include;(but not limited to)

• Maintaininglawns, gardens/trees

• Performing dailychecks of Water Treatment Plant.
• Assisting &directing visitors within the park
• Following workhealth & safety procedures.
