My NRMA Angourie Resort is seeking a confident Guest Services Attendant to join our Front Office team on a casual basis. Located near Yamba, you’ll welcome guests, share local knowledge, handle check-ins and inquiries, and help guests enjoy our Day Spa and resort facilities.

You’ll thrive on great service, be friendly, professional, and able to work independently across flexible shifts, typically 2:00pm–7:00pm and other times as needed.

Responsibilities

Welcoming guests with friendly and professional service.
Managing check-ins, check-outs and guest inquiries.
Providing local recommendations, tourism information and insider tips on the best things to see and do in the region.
Taking and managing Day Spa bookings and payments.
Welcoming Day Spa guests and providing tours of the facilities.
Assisting guests with requests and resolving inquiries with confidence and care.
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of Front Office.
Working independently while maintaining a high standard of service.
