Job summary

NRMA Angourie Resort on the NSW North Coast invites an experienced hospitality leader to partner with the Resort Manager and oversee day-to-day operations across the resort. This hands-on, all‑rounder role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing multi‑department teams in a boutique setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Resort Manager in the day‑to‑day operation of the resort
• Lead, coach and develop teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Foster a positive, engaged and guest‑centric team culture
• Support departmental leaders with rostering, workforce planning and operational priorities
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of team members
• Help monitor operational performance, labour costs and departmental budgets
• Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service are maintained across the resort
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage, Events and Day Spa teams to maximise guest satisfaction and commercial outcomes
• Assist in resolving guest concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Champion workplace health, safety and compliance practices
