NRMA Batemans Bay Holiday Resort is seeking a friendly Front Office/Guest Services professional for a casual role on the waterfront at Batemans Bay. You will welcome guests, manage bookings, and assist with check-in and check-out, ensuring a memorable coastal stay.

The position requires weekend and public holiday availability, with shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm. You’ll work across multiple teams to keep guests comfortable and create coastal memories during their stay.

Qualificações

• Experience in Front Office/Guest Services.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Clear and friendly communication with guests.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Take bookings, check guests in and out, and prepare invoices.
• Answer phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Ensure guest accounts are accurate and transactions are handled with care.
• Communicate clearly for smooth handovers and happy guests.
• Assist with any other tasks as needed.
• Share local tips to help guests enjoy Batemans Bay.
