Job summary

NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort is seeking two Casual Guest Service Attendants to join the Front Office team. You will be the first smiling face for guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, bookings, and inquiries while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, festive period.

You’ll use multiple systems for reservations and payments, provide local recommendations, and ensure smooth guest journeys from arrival to departure. Flexible shifts from 8:00am–8:00pm with a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception, front office, customer service or hospitality.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner.
• Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
• Answering phone calls, emails and guest enquiries
• Assisting guests with bookings and resort information
• Using multiple systems to manage reservations, payments and guest data
• Providing local recommendations and helping guests enjoy their stay
• Handling guest requests and resolving issues
• Processing payments and balancing reception transactions
• Supporting the wider resort team during busy periods
• Delivering exceptional customer service during peak holiday trade
