Job summary

Accor is seeking a Front Office Guest Services agent in Adelaide to deliver warm, efficient service to guests from check-in to check-out. You will manage reservations, answer inquiries, and provide local information with a strong focus on upselling where appropriate.

The role requires proficiency with Opera Cloud and MS Office, a flexible 7-day roster, and impeccable communication. You will be the first point of contact ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty through Accor Heartist standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk or guest services role.
• Proficient with Opera Cloud PMS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to guests at all times.
• Assist guests with enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information.
• Check guests in and out in a timely manner.
• Greet guests and use guest names.
• Handle local information and directions for guests.
• Take reservations when needed.
• Answer calls professionally and promptly.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and presentation.
• Record guest feedback for management.
