Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, guest services, or concierge roles preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist throughout their stay in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide personalized service, promptly responding to requests and concerns.
• Support arrival and departure experiences for individuals, groups, and VIPs.
• Offer local information, recommendations, and general concierge services.
• Upsell rooms, facilities, and guest experiences while maintaining brand standards.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
