Pullman Adelaide is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver warm, guest-focused service at the front desk. You will handle check-in/check-out, respond to guest requests, and work closely with multiple hotel departments to ensure a memorable stay.

The position requires a professional telephone manner, strong communication skills, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude. Shifts include mornings, evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Front Office Reception experience preferred in hotel/resort environment.
• Professional telephone manner and exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Friendly, positive can-do attitude and team player.
• Excellent grooming and presentation standards.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PMS and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality service to guests during check-in/check-out and throughout stay.
• Maintain accuracy of guest and hotel accounts and charges.
• Maintain security procedures with credit and cash transactions, keys and privacy.
• Communicate effectively between guests and hotel departments.
• Operate switchboard and guest messaging; handle calls promptly.
• Assist reservations and promote hotel facilities to maximise sales.
