Job summary

Hilton Perth Waterfront is seeking a Part-time Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in/out, and address inquiries with care. You’ll deliver memorable hospitality, promote hotel services, and provide local knowledge to enhance every stay.

Based in Perth, you’ll join a dynamic front office team, use the PMS, handle payments, and resolve guest requests promptly while maintaining a calm, friendly demeanor across busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of full Australian Working rights (no sponsorship).
• RSA certificate is required.
• Based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate.
• Previous guest service/front office experience in hospitality.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel front office procedures and PMS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm welcome and complete check-in with key issuance and welcome materials.
• Support efficient check-out and process payments with accurate receipts.
• Provide hotel knowledge and assist guest inquiries with local information.
• Promote hotel services and maximize room and service revenue through up-selling.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
