Job summary

Hilton Perth Northbridge is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead day-to-day Front Office operations, ensuring warm, personalised and efficient service for every guest.

You will coach and develop the Front Office team, drive service excellence, and partner with other departments to maximise revenue while maintaining Hilton standards across the hotel. Based in Perth, this role offers a dynamic hospitality career path at a global brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship not offered).
• Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate.
• Previous Front Office leadership or management experience in hotel/hospitality.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach, motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and leaders.
• Commercial awareness of Front Office performance and revenue opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using hotel PMS and Front Office tech.
• Flexible to work rotating rosters, weekends, evenings, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Front Office operations including guest services, check-in/check-out and room inventory.
• Deliver warm, personalised and efficient service, addressing feedback and concerns.
• Coach, mentor and develop Front Office team members to foster a high-performing culture.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and operational performance; identify trends and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to maximise room revenue through upselling and inventory management.
• Oversee VIP arrivals and guest preferences for seamless experiences.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain Front Office standards and brand policies, ensuring consistency.
• Remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
