EVT in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Guest Services Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in/out, handle transactions accurately and coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready. You’ll bring a friendly, guest‑focused approach and ensure payments and reservations are precise while working well with other teams.

Availability for 3–4 shifts per week, including opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a GSA or in a similar hotel role.
• Warm, friendly approach and genuine guest care.
• Accurate handling of guest accounts, payments and reservations.
• Ability to work well with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance.
• Commitment to hotel policies, health and safety.

Responsabilités

• Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs and follow up on requests.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and warmly.
• Process guest transactions and accounts accurately.
• Book, update and amend reservations on time.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready.
• Share knowledge of local area, services, rates and packages.
