Job summary

West Beach Parks is seeking enthusiastic Reservations Sales Agents to help guests plan memorable stays at our Holiday Park and The Retreat. You’ll be the first point of contact, answering questions and turning inquiries into bookings with a focus on great service and revenue growth.

You’ll work under the Reservations Supervisor across a 7-day roster, using your sales and customer service skills to maximise occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles in accommodation, tourism or hospitality.
• Ability to upsell and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Reliable, punctual and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with accommodation enquiries and bookings by phone and email.
• Know accommodation types, facilities, rates, packages, and promotions to recommend options.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue.
• Manage bookings across multiple channels.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service from first contact.
