Job summary

West Beach Parks is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Reservations Sales department and drive top‑line revenue while delivering exceptional guest service. Reporting to the Reservations and Revenue Manager, you will ensure accurate bookings and support rate strategy.

You are a proactive leader with 2–3 years in reservations or front‑office, proven team management, and strong upselling skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hotel reservations or front‑office experience.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills, including upselling.

Responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations promptly by phone, mail or online.
• Ensure accurate data entry of bookings into the property management system.
• Maintain a positive sales approach to maximise accommodation revenue.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.
• Ensure interactions reflect the brand promise of a seamless, memorable experience.
• Lead, coach and mentor Reservations Sales Agents.
