Job summary

Village Roadshow Ltd is seeking a part-time Reservations Agent at Main Beach, QLD. You will manage reservations across channels, respond to guest inquiries, and coordinate group and VIP bookings to ensure memorable stays at our Sea World Resort destination and other venues.

You’ll work with front office teams to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, while leveraging Opera PMS and TravelClick where possible. Weekend availability is required for peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office Reception or Reservations.
• Ability to handle bookings from multiple channels with accuracy.
• Flexibility to work weekends and school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations inbox and third-party bookings.
• Personalise guest stays by answering questions and handling special requests.
• Coordinate group and VIP bookings with operators and delegates.
• Assist with front office check-in/out and guest arrival experience.
• Liaise with travel agents for last-minute requests.
