Your new company
This organisation is a well‑established business in the Westbury area, committed to delivering high‑quality service and support to its customers. With a strong focus on teamwork, safety, and operational excellence, they are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team in a full‑time temporary position that has the potential to transition into a permanent role.
Your new role
In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of customer service and administrative support activities. You’ll respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, and in person, process orders, provide quotes, maintain customer records, and ensure accurate documentation is saved and shared appropriately. You’ll liaise closely with internal teams such as Despatch/Transport, assist in resolving customer complaints, and guide customers through product information and online resources. Your role will also include general administrative support such as maintaining time and attendance records, processing purchase orders, and verifying supplier invoices. You’ll complete end‑of‑day EFTPOS reconciliations, support team members during breaks and absences, and perform additional duties as required to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll be computer literate, confident navigating technical product information, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once. You will bring strong organisational skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and uphold integrity and professionalism in all interactions. Experience with phone-based customer service and the ability to handle enquiries with a friendly, solutions‑focused approach will be highly regarded. Full training on product knowledge will be provided.
What you'll get in return
You’ll become part of a welcoming and collaborative team, benefit from ongoing training and development, and enjoy the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to customer experience and the smooth operation of the business.
