Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person; process orders and provide quotes.
• Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation is saved and shared.
• Liaise with Despatch/Transport; assist in resolving customer complaints and guide customers through product information and online resources.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as time and attendance records, purchase orders, and supplier invoices.
• Complete end-of-day EFTPOS reconciliations and support teammates during breaks and absences.
