You’ll coordinate activities, drive service standards, and ensure smooth check‑in/check‑out while maintaining park presentation and safety. Applicants should have hospitality experience and a customer‑focused mindset, plus proficiency with booking systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or tourism environments.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a front office team and manage shifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Newbook or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Front Office operations, supervising the team and allocating tasks on shift.
• Deliver seamless, friendly check-in and check-out experiences in line with procedures.
• Coordinate and deliver fun, engaging holiday activities within budget.
• Drive sales and service standards to achieve strong guest satisfaction and NPS results.
• Maintain site presentation, safety, and operations, including caretaking support, payments, bookings, and issue logging.
