Job summary

Ingenia Lake Conjola seeks a Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead a front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our coastal site. You will support the Park Manager, oversee daily operations, and drive strong performance while maintaining food safety and licensing compliance.

You’ll participate in a busy, active role with lifting and standing, and you’ll work across rosters that include holidays, weekends and evenings to meet peak demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum hospitality experience in fast-paced venues.
• Ability to follow SOPs and venue processes with accuracy.
• Comfortable working across varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with park guests and the public to enhance their experience.
• Lead shifts and support operations while ensuring high service standards.
• Manage cash handling and RSA/food safety compliance during service.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals per MSDS and venue procedures.
• Stay up to date with legislative and licensing requirements for a compliant venue.
