Job summary

Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola is seeking a Full Time Guest Experience Supervisor to lead the Front Office team, delivering warm welcomes and memorable experiences for guests and residents at our Lake Conjola Holidays site.

You will drive bookings, coordinate activities, and manage admin tasks using Newbook and MS Office, within a supportive coastal community vibe.

• Sales and upselling skills to boost bookings and revenue.

• Lead the Front Office team by allocating tasks, supervising work, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service through warm welcomes and efficient check-ins/outs.
• Drive sales and bookings by converting walk-ins and upselling experiences.
• Coordinate holiday activities by planning, setting up, and supervising programs.
• Manage admin tasks including payments, guest queries, maintenance logging, and using Newbook and MS Office.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role inbeing the welcoming face of the park, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it!

In this Role, You’ll

• Manage admin tasks including payments, guest queries, maintenance logging, and using systems like Newbook and MS Office.
