Job summary

Ingenia Holidays at Lake Conjola Holiday Park in NSW is seeking a Full-Time Guest Experience Supervisor. You will lead front office operations, supervise the team on shift, and ensure guests enjoy seamless check-ins and check-outs with a friendly, service-driven approach.

You will coordinate and deliver engaging holiday activities within budget, drive sales and service standards, and maintain site presentation and safety. Hospitality experience and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Passionate about creating warm, memorable guest experiences through genuine customer service.
• Experience in hospitality or tourism, or a strong enthusiasm for building skills in a guest-focused role.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and booking systems such as Newbook, or eager to learn in a tech-enabled environment.
• Collaborative, communicative with empathy, and a strong eye for detail.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Current automatic driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Front Office operations, supervising the team and allocating tasks on shift.
• Deliver seamless, friendly check-in and check-out experiences in line with procedures.
• Coordinate and deliver fun, engaging holiday activities within budget.
• Drive sales and service standards to achieve strong guest satisfaction and NPS results.
• Maintain site presentation, safety, and operations, including caretaking support, payments, bookings, and issue logging.
