Job summary

Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola is seeking a Full Time Assistant Park Manager to support daily park operations, guest experience, bookings and admin, reporting to the Park Manager.

You’ll be on the ground, deliver high service, help with rosters, maintenance tasks, safety and compliance, and respond to guest feedback with empathy.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, accommodation or fast-paced customer-facing environments.
• Demonstrates confident, empathetic communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with willingness to assist a supervisor or manager.

Responsibilities

• Support daily park operations including occupancy, revenue delivery, presentation and guest experience.
• Deliver consistently high customer service and address guest issues professionally.
• Assist with bookings, payments, reconciliations, invoicing, stock control and administrative processes.
• Support rosters, preventative maintenance and hands-on operational tasks across the park.
• Ensure safety, compliance and operational continuity, including after-hours emergency call-outs.
