Minor Hotels’ Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join on a casual basis. You will lead the F&B team across breakfast, lunch and dinner, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, maintain RSA and hygiene standards, and manage rostering while delivering friendly, attentive service in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team and coaching staff.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Warm, approachable demeanor with strong guest focus.
• Reliability and ability to work flexible, rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the F&B team to ensure professional, efficient, & high-quality service.
• Assist with taking guest orders accurately and ensuring guest preferences are accommodated.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and confidently recommend food and beverage options to guests.
• Oversee the serving of food and beverages, maintaining professional standards and guest satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and training as required.
