Minor Hotels’ Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort is expanding its housekeeping department with casual opportunities. You will help maintain high cleanliness standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences, working in a team-focused environment with rotating shifts starting early in the day and weekend availability.

Successful candidates will have experience in housekeeping, strong attention to detail, good communication, and the physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good physical fitness and stamina for repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
• Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by the company.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
• Adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards.
• Using specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively - with all training and tools provided.
• Building strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors to help foster a positive, respectful work environment.
