Job summary

EVT is seeking a part-time Reservations/Front Desk team member to manage bookings, handle guest enquiries and coordinate with the front desk. You will communicate guest requests and keep up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, and promotions while providing friendly, professional service.

The role supports a network of EVT hotels, including partnerships with Rydges, Atura, LyLo, and other properties, with opportunities for career growth within the hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, reception or similar hospitality role.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• High standard of presentation and professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience with Opera Cloud or similar PMS is a plus.
• Available to work a part-time roster including weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming reservations via phone, email and online channels.
• Process bookings, cancellations and amendments accurately.
• Communicate guest special requests.
• Assist in resolving guest enquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates and promotions, upsell opportunities.
• Support Reservations and Front Desk operations as required.
