Qualifications

• Previous experience in reservations, reception, or a customer-facing hospitality role.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• High standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
• Experience with Opera Cloud or similar property management systems (highly regarded).
• Availability to work a part-time roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming reservations via phone, email, and online channels
• Process bookings, cancellations, and amendments accurately and efficiently
• Communicate guest special requests
• Assist in resolving guest enquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, and promotions, identifying upselling opportunities
• Support Reservations and Front Desk operations as required
