ABN Group in Perth is seeking a Reception and Concierge to join the ABN Retail team on a permanent full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, delivering a professional, welcoming and customer-focused experience at our Leederville Office.

This hospitality-driven role suits someone who enjoys engaging with people and delivering exceptional service. Availability on Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with the ability to engage visitors.
• Ability to manage reception operations and calls.
• Comfortable with scheduling and meeting room setup.
• Available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional and customer-focused experience for all visitors and enquiries.
• Manage reception operations, including calls and appointments.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, wayfinding and concierge services across the Retail Centre.
• Maintain presentation standards across reception, meeting rooms and customer spaces.
• Support customer hospitality, meeting room setup and general guest services.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless and memorable customer experience.
