• Must have drivers licence and access to reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations by phone.
• Process cancellations by phone.
• Handle arrivals and departures in the office.
• Open and close the office.
• Assist and direct visitors within the park.
• Provide high-level customer service.
• Follow work health & safety procedures.
