Job summary

Reflections Holiday Parks in NSW is seeking a friendly front desk assistant to manage reservations, arrivals and departures, and help visitors with directions within the park.

You will work with a small team, follow WHS procedures, and be available on weekends and during peak holiday periods. No prior hospitality experience is required, but a can-do attitude and valid Australian work rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian work rights.
• Availability to work weekends, peak seasons & public holidays.
• Physically able to perform manual tasks in all conditions.
• Own transport or reliable transport access.
• Current drivers license.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Taking reservations by phone.
• Completing arrivals and departures in the office.
• Opening and closing the office.
• Assisting and directing visitors within the park.
• Following Work Health and Safety procedures.
