Qualifications

• Must have a valid Drivers Licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to work productively and independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong teamwork skills.

• Physical ability to perform manual work in all conditions.
• Flexible availability including weekends and peak holiday periods.
• Valid Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Taking reservations via phone.
• Processing cancellations via phone.
• Completing arrivals and departures in-office.
• Opening/closing of office.
• Taking orders.
• Food preparation tasks.
• Opening/closing of tuck shop.
• General cleaning and upkeep of tuck shop.
• Assisting and directing visitors within the park.
• Providing high-level customer service.
• Following WHS procedures.
