Job summary

West Beach Parks in Australia is seeking a Customer Experience Officer for Food and Beverage on a casual basis. You will contribute to guest experiences across The Shack, Food Truck, and The Pat GC Bar & Eatery, delivering high-quality service, coffee and light food, and efficient transactions.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience desirable.
• Experience with food handling and coffee making preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Process transactions using POS and handle cash per procedures.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food offerings; assist with food prep.
• Maintain stock levels, rotations, and storage practices.
• Ensure workspace is clean, safe, and well-presented; follow food safety logs.
