Ingenia Holidays is seeking a Casual Cook for The Beach House Restaurant & Bar site. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will deliver exceptional front-of-house service, maintain food safety standards, assist with stock control, and keep dining areas clean and well presented.

The role supports a relaxed beachfront dining experience and requires flexibility to work on a casual roster. Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have RSA/RCG accreditation if applicable.

Qualifications

• RSA/RCG accreditation (if applicable).
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional service: create a positive front-of-house atmosphere and handle guest interactions professionally.
• Maintain standards & compliance: follow safety regulations and food hygiene expectations.
• Manage stock and minimize waste: assist with stock checks and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Cleanliness: keep kitchen, bar, dining areas and equipment clean and hygienic.
