Park Lane Holiday Parks is seeking a Guest Experience Officer in Deniliquin to welcome guests, manage bookings and assist with enquiries. This casual role offers a competitive hourly rate plus superannuation in a riverside rural setting with a supportive team.

You will handle front desk tasks, promote park activities and ensure guest stays are smooth and memorable, with weekend/holiday availability. Working with children checks may apply where required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to handle guest inquiries calmly.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and via phone/email.
• Good organisation and attention to detail for bookings and payments.
• Comfort with using booking software and computers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
