Job summary

BIG4 Shepparton Park Lane Holiday Park in Victoria is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Officer to help create unforgettable getaways for our guests. You will welcome visitors, assist with bookings and queries, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay across busy weekends.

Join a supportive, family-owned team in a beautiful bush setting. You will promote activities, handle payments, and help guests feel cared for from arrival to departure, contributing to the park’s warm reputation and guest

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Clear communication and a positive attitude.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence using booking systems and computers.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) and Australian work rights.
