Job summary

BelgraviaPRO is seeking a Front of House Officer for Dalmeny Campgrounds on NSW's South Coast. The role is casual with potential for permanency for the right candidate, reporting to the Park Manager and handling guest service, bookings, and basic admin tasks.

Candidates should be friendly, milesahead in customer service, and available for a 7-day roster including weekends and holidays. Training will be provided, and an intermediate computer knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• CPR certification (essential)
• National Police Check clearance on-boarding (essential)
• Working with Children Check NSW or equivalent (essential)
• Experience with computerised booking systems (desirable)
• Reception/Front Office/Admin/Sales Agent experience in hospitality (desirable)

Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity to work in beautiful campgrounds on the NSW South Coast.

The Role

We are seeking to hire bright and enthusiastic candidates to work in the role of a Front of House Officer at Dalmeny Campgrounds. Employment will commence as a casual but consideration for a permanent role will be given to the right candidate.

Reporting to the Park Manager, this role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests - face to face and over the phone - as well as assisting with administrative and cleaning tasks. The role will require you to use the in-house accommodation booking system. Full training will be offered. An intermediate computer knowledge would be highly regarded.

About You

You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work over a 7 day week roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

You will bring to the role:

• Fantastic customer service;
• Professional and personable telephone manner;
• Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills;
• Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes;
• Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions;
• Great problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask;
• Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and at short notice;
• Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely manner;
• Ability to work in a team environment

ESSENTIAL:

• Current CPR
• National Police Check clearance upon on-boarding
• Working with Children's Check NSW or equivalent

DESIRABLE:

• RMS 9+ (Online Reservation System) experience preferred but not necessary
• Reception/Front Office/Admin/Sales Agent experience - hospitality industry will be highly regarded
