Job summary

Sheraton, part of the Marriott International group, invites you to join as a Guest Experience Expert at our Sydney location. You will support the Guest Services team with day-to-day operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and accurate room assignments aligned with guest preferences.

You will become the hotel expert on local community offerings, handle enquires, and assist with billing verifications while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services and delivering tailored guest experiences.
• Familiarity with OPERA property management system or similar.
• Working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Support your Guest Services team with general operational tasks.
• Be an expert on the hotel and surrounding community to exceed guest expectations.
• Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible.
• Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences for guests.
• Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests with attention to detail.
• Build strong relationships with existing and new guests to enable future bookings.
