Job summary

Beenleigh RSL & Golf Club is seeking a Reception Supervisor / Membership Officer to lead reception and membership services, ensuring a warm and efficient guest experience. You’ll manage front-of-house operations, assist with sign-ups, renewals, and enquiries, and provide admin support across club activities.

The role requires strong communication and leadership, with flexibility for evenings and weekends to support our busy club environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory reception, admin or customer service role.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays.
• Competency in administrative tasks and computer systems (e.g email platform, microsoft suite, booking systems).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• RSA & RSG certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Oversee reception and membership operations, ensuring smooth daily functions
• Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests
• Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and enquiries
• Train and support front-of-house staff
• Process payments, bookings, and enquiries efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, and uphold club policies
• Assist in promoting club events and services
• Support various monthly reporting requirements
• Provide admin assistance to our volunteers
