Job summary

The role reports to the Store Manager and emphasizes people development, inclusive leadership, and operational excellence across scheduling, coaching, and product education.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing operations and projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year retail or sales management experience.
• 1 year recruiting, hiring, or training employees.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Lead on-floor to fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Engage with team to help them understand how their work supports store success.
• Implement Store Manager’s People vision and cascade it to team members.
• Manage the store’s hiring process, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide training and coaching to team members to close development gaps.
• Lead performance management activities and provide feedback.
• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor with product education.
• Address guest feedback and escalations and make it right.
• Monitor performance metrics and close gaps in guest experience.
• Manage inventory levels, shrinkage, and deliveries per visual strategy.
• Oversee accurate inventory receiving to sustain excellence.
