Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in Sydney to guide floor-based customer interactions, deliver technical product education, and drive sales performance. You will be part of the store leadership team, shaping an inclusive guest experience, coaching team members, and ensuring daily targets are met.

This role requires 1 year in retail or customer experience and some leadership or mentoring experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience experience.
• Some experience leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• High school diploma or equivalent or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience on the floor to deliver an inclusive, high-caliber experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests to articulate value of our brand.
• Assist in store hiring, onboarding and coaching of team members.
• Monitor daily sales data and motivate the team to reach targets.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review business metrics to track progress toward goals and adjust as needed.
