Job summary

You bring at least 1 year of retail or customer experience, some leadership or mentoring experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and articulate product value.
• Manage daily sales targets and drive store performance.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training of team members.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members.
• Maintain operational readiness and adherence to store procedures.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review daily metrics to motivate the team and achieve goals.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
