NRMA Parks and Resorts is seeking a friendly Front Office/Guest Service team member for Batemans Bay. You will welcome guests from booking to checkout, handle inquiries with a cheerful touch, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a smooth stay by the coast.

Shifts run 8:00am–6:00pm on a casual roster, including weekends and public holidays. The role offers long-term opportunities and a flexible schedule for work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office/Guest Service experience and knowledge of front office computer and reservations systems (desirable).
• A warm, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for delivering top‑notch guest service.
• Strong multi‑tasking skills and the ability to keep cool when things get busy.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for making guests feel special.

Responsibilities

• Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, and checking guests in and out.
• Answer phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally—with a smile your guests can hear
• Work closely with other teams to ensure rooms are guest‑ready and every stay runs smoothly
• Ensure guest accounts are accurate and all transactions are handled with care.
• Communicate clearly with your team to ensure smooth handovers and happy guests.
• Support the team with any other tasks as needed—no job too big or small!
