Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling and basic computer literacy including MS Office.
• Availability for a flexible casual roster including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Manage reservations, bookings and guest enquiries.
• Respond to telephone calls, emails and accommodation enquiries.
• Process payments and undertake cash handling duties.
• Provide friendly, professional and helpful customer service.
• Assist guests with general enquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate booking and guest information using the reservation system.
