Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host Team Leader to oversee onsite hosts across multiple Australian states. You will schedule guest updates, generate sales appointments, and deliver exceptional guest experiences during resort stays.

The role requires strong customer service, sales knowledge, and the ability to lead a team while achieving targets. Weekend and public holiday shifts are included as part of the schedule, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel/resort environment preferred.
• Demonstrates strong customer service values.
• Knowledge and application of sales techniques.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Sound problem solving and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and guests.
• Working knowledge of computer software and sales applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities and performance of onsite Guest Experience Hosts.

• Collaborate with resort operations for smooth check-in and transitions.

How You'll Shine

• Lead the activities and performance of the Guest Experience Hosts onsite
• Schedule onsite resident guests to Owner Updates or regular Club presentations, as appropriate, during the guest's stay at the resort property
• Generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream
• Establish commonality and build rapport with your customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
• Work closely with the resort operations team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check in process
• Clearly articulate the benefit of traveling within Travel + Leisure Co community
• Meet targets and KPI's as set by the business
• This role requires you to be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.
• Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers.
• Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.
