Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate front desk operations and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Schedule onsite guests for updates or club presentations during their stay.
• Meet monthly tour budgets and performance targets.
• Assist with tour qualification and guest screening.
• Greet, check-in, and assist guests; provide local information and paperwork.
• Provide room escorts, porter services, and follow-up courtesy calls.
