The Gibraltar Bowral Hotel in Bowral, NSW, is seeking a Casual Guest Services Agent who genuinely enjoys people and creating memorable experiences. Working in our Front Office team, you will welcome guests, assist with arrivals and enquiries, and help ensure every stay is warm and personal.

We value personality and attitude as much as experience, offering a friendly, supportive team, a rotating roster including weekends, and opportunities to develop hospitality skills in the Southern Highlands.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Assist with arrivals, departures and general Front Office duties.
• Provide friendly and helpful service throughout the guest's stay.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests in a professional manner.
• Help guests with information about the hotel, Bowral and the Southern Highlands.
• Maintain a welcoming and well-presented Reception area.
• Assist with luggage and other guest requests as needed.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when required.
• Assist with reservations, payments and other basic Front Office administration.
• Maintain high presentation and professional standards at all times.
• Be flexible and willing to help wherever needed to ensure a great guest experience.
