Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lobby Host to greet visitors and manage front-of-house operations at our North Sydney NSW site. You will collaborate with Workplace Experience leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day facilities, access control, and event support, contributing to a welcoming, professional environment.

You will engage with staff, clients, and visitors, coordinating with multiple teams to deliver exceptional workplace experiences while maintaining consumables, room logistics, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven front-of-house customer service experience.
• Excellent communication with all organizational levels.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Basic facilities services and health & safety knowledge.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and standard workplace software.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage reception duties.
• Oversee access badge administration and meeting room bookings.
• Maintain consumables and perform daily site inspections.
• Coordinate events, catering, and health and safety compliance.
• Manage IT assets and courier distribution; support emergencies.
